Babak Sheikh, M.D., F.A.A.O.S.Orthopaedic Surgeon
Dear Patients,
It has been a profound honor to serve as your physician and to be a part of your healthcare journey. After many fulfilling years in practice, I am writing to share that I have decided to retire. My final day with the practice will be April 21, 2026.
I am deeply grateful for the trust you have placed in me over the years. Your health and well-being remain my primary concern during this transition. To ensure your care continues without interruption, you have several excellent options:
Our Practice: My colleagues— Dr. Feanny, Dr. Berkowitz, Dr. Joseph and Dr Kindya —are available to continue your care here and would be pleased to welcome you.
A Provider of Your Choice: You may also choose any other physician through your insurance provider or local medical society.
Your Medical Records
Your medical records will remain stored securely. If you choose to transition to a new provider outside of this practice, please contact my office regarding access to your medical records and to facilitate a transfer.
Thank you for the privilege of being your doctor. I wish you the very best in health and happiness in the years to come.
With sincere gratitude,
Babak Sheikh, MD
